The machine is composed of the main body sandblasting system, air compression system (provided by the customer), electrical system, etc.

Working mode: manually open the working cabin door, load the workpiece into the working cabin, the operator holds the spray gun, and steps on the foot switch for sandblasting operation; After the sandblasting is completed, the sand and dust on the surface of the workpiece will be blown clean with a dust blowing gun; Manually pull out the workpiece, remove the machined workpiece and put it into the unprocessed workpiece, and the cycle operation can be done

SPECIFICATION

1.The main body blasting system
The main body sandblasting system is composed of a main body, a separation system, a dust removal system, a general pressure sandblasting gun, and an electrical part.
1) The main body is welded by 3mm steel plate. The front of the body has a 1-station sandblasting operation handhole, which can be used for manual sandblasting.
Machine dimensions: 1000x1000x1800mm (LxWxH).
2) Cyclone separator
The separator is welded by 3mm cold-rolled steel plate, and the inner and outer surfaces are sprayed, which can realize the separation of sand and dust.
3). Dust removal system
The dust box uses a filter element to remove dust, which can ensure that there is no leakage. The dust removal box is composed of a filter element, a medium-pressure fan, a pulse back-blowing mechanism. The box body is welded by 2mm cold-rolled steel plate, and the inner and outer surfaces are sprayed.
Filter element specification: Φ325X600mm, quantity: 1 pc.
Medium pressure fan: 0.9Kw 220V two-phase power supply.
